Subitcham is a non-profit, registered, non-government family fellowship comprising of care givers, as members. It was formed on 1999, with a motto of “Assisting all families whose member suffer from Mental Disability, and improve the quality of their lives”
The present strength of life members is 125, who are drawn from all walls of life united and care for this uncared people irrespective of caste, creed or religion.
Promoting monthly meetings where members share their concerns, experience, and coping methods.

Objectives:
- To share resources available with the families in taking care of the needs of the persons with mental disabilities.
- To initiate activities that will support the process of rehabilitation.
